Four Weeks!

Four weeks left everyone! I need RSVP's from everyone as soon as possible so we can get a preliminary count going. Also, if you RSVP without saying reception only I assume you want to come to the ceremony but please remember its mainly family!! :) Also if I can get a few volunteers to bake some dessert dishes for the reception that would be fantastic! We're going to do a dessert bar for the reception and I'm hoping we can get a few people to help us out with a variety of desserts! Also, if you plan to come to the Bridal shower please let me know so that we have a final count. I am getting so excited to see everyone and celebrate Jaxon and I!! Monthly Update

Hey everyone!
So I've kind of just been doing monthly updates as to where we're at with the wedding, along with any new info anyone may need. We have now changed the date to September 20, 2014-so 2 weeks earlier than originally planned. The reception will take place at the White Memorial Chapel in Salt Lake City and begin at 2 pm. For the record we will need some help from family to clean up the chapel after the ceremony and some additional help to set up the reception. We will have a small break in between the ceremony and reception to allow time to set up. The reception will take place at the Farmington Community Arts Center (roughly 15 minutes North of the Chapel) at 4 pm. While we do have limited space at the ceremony and have to allow mostly family, anyone and everyone is invited to our reception! We will have a dessert bar, cake, and punch to snack on. We are getting very excited, we only have 73 days left! Thank you so much to everyone who has offered love and support to us along the way, we truly appreciate it more than you know!

Registry and Ceremony Location Update

Hello everyone! This post is just to update everyone with where we're at so if you're traveling you can starts planning. We will be holding our ceremony on October 4th, 2014 at 1PM at the White Memorial Chapel in Salt Lake City. The address is 150 East 300 North in SLC. Our reception will be held immediately after, but we're not entirely sure on the location as of yet. I'll update that when I have it! We're Engaged!

Well Jaxon came home early from his mission. Neither one of us could stand to be apart from each other for more than two weeks. Worst two weeks of my life! He was able to hold out for three weeks (despite my best efforts to push and do slightly more than hint) before he proposed. We were just watching one of our favorite movies and he gave his cute little speech. (Sorry everyone who wants the whole story, it's something you keep close to your heart!) Then he asked if I would marry him. And like an idiot all I said was "Yeah." :) But the point is, we're getting married and we're both (terrified) excited! The date is set for October 4th 2014. We don't have a location yet but I will keep this page updated with more information as we go along! For the record I don't want to hear anything negative or mean. Not that you could even begin to talk me out of marrying this man, but I don't have the energy or the patience for it! I want only happy thoughts so like I'm sure you've been told: if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all :) I know we're young but it doesn't matter. People have gotten married younger than us and have made it work. And we're going to do so much more than that. We are two people who have never been able to stay away from each other. We dated when we were 16 and just always were drawn back to each other. Jaxon and I are meant to be together. I am going to be Mrs. Peterson for the rest of eternity... and I couldn't be any happier!
